Hi,

Ive read through alot of the threads on here and ill be honest and admit im just getting more confused....so here goes my question.

I have a 3.0 3G iphone now on the T-Mobile network. I have synched my iphone so have everything backed up.
I am wanting to update my software to the latest version possible, and hopefully then be able to restore my old applicatins. From what i read i can only go as far as 3.12?

Is this possibe? I am guessing i simply update the software on Itunes, which will remove the jailbreak, and then re-jail break myphone? Is this correct? And how do i best jailbreak my phone then? Or do i do something else? A step by step walkthrough would be much appreciated. I have a PC, not a MAC

Find or make a custom firmware 3.13 to restore. That way you can keep the 4.26 baseband.

Personally, I am sticking with 3.0 until JB / unlock 4.0 is released from Dev Team.
