Cydia refresh problem

HEY..
i've got a little problem with cydia :
when i hit refresh i get a error refreshing data and in it written stuff like :
"failed to fetch http://repx.smxy.org/cydia/apt/dists/xena/release.gpg NETDB open nodename nor servname provided or not known" and "failed to fetch http://apt.modmyi.com/./packages.gz HTTP/1.1 404 not found" and another 2 similar errors what are those and how can i fix them ?!

ha! i've been having the same issue but it has been intermittent
i hit refresh again and then it appears to work fine after that

obviously something is going on and it needs to be corrected

ya but in my case it goes again and again no matter how many refresh's i do .. i dunno y

This is caused from adding certain repo sites, you can not avoid this unless you SSH into your device and remove most or all of the repo sites(sorry)

i know but we're talking about famous repo's like modmyi and such .. is this the same problem ?

i have a problem with cydia how do i delete it and install it again? every time i tried to go to cydia it does the loading data and then it just goes back to the apps page what could be the problem? your help and advice is appreciated

i had the same problem ..it could be bad repos or installation... what i did is SSH to the iphone and delete all the repos except the original ones.
