I have bought an iPhone 3g 16gb v3.1.2 on o2. I want it on vodafone but when I use blackra1n the icon never appears on the iPhone. Now no o2 sim will work in it. All I want is it working unlocked. Please advise

I bought used but o2 was working b4 blackra1n. When I run blackra1n geohot comes up like it shud the reboots to homescreen but no icon. And no o2 nomore. Help. Mine worked fine but this is m friends and I'm afraid I've broke it. Brett

Ok, here's what you do.

Contact O2, and tell them you want to unlock your phone.

They will charge you $20 as a one time fee, but the next time that yo. Connect to iTunes, iTunes will unlock your iPhone.

This will last forever.
