the fact that i have 3gs and after jailbrecking it i have to do it again if the to power goes off or it resets...i get that but im also getting freezing are they ever going to come out with a fix that we 3gs user will not have reinstall it over and over in the future?????

A fix for what? JB at your risk.

jailbreak includes the word break, or what you risk when you do it.

I expect that jailbreaking will be more of a pain or not possible in the future.

I'm pretty sure he understands that jailbreaking is "at your own risk" and that some people may not see the point in jailbreaking. That was not the question though.

He was asking if the Dev Team, or if geohot, or anyone else for that matter is working on a way to jailbreak the late model 3Gs in an "untethered" way so that he doesn't have to reconnect his 3Gs to a computer every time his phone reboots.
