statusbar with weather?

I've seen this in several pics on this forum, with variations from just temperature to even having the sun or cloudy icons in the statusbar. can someone advise me as to how to do this?

You need an addon called WeatherIcon <----one word. You can customize it to however you want it.....show temp, show icon, or show both in the status bar. You can find it in both Cydia or Rock appstores. It's also a free download.
