Un Jailbreaking

Hi,

I jailbreaked my Iphone last night

Due to my Iphone being the newer version of the 3GS its only the thethered jailbreak meaning when my phone turns off etc I need to re-run the jailbreak.

I am finding this quite a pain as some apps you install require the phone to be rebooted so not being near my pc would cause it not to work.

I would like to remove the jailbreak and wondered exactly how I should do this.

Can I just connect my Iphone to Itunes and hit restore. If I do this will it re-install all my apps, music etc that I have saved in Itunes or will these be lost with the restore???
