i am a proper iphone amature and . and i cant even make blackrain work it. on my PC it says Done waiting for Reboot . but nothing ever happens can any one help

yes it was but when it came back on nothing had changed and the blackra1n app wasnt there

Is your iPhone on the 3.1.2 firmware already, and are you using the most up to date version of iTunes?
