jailbrokenn 3gs no blackrain after reboot?

I just got a 3gs jailbroke with blackrain and figured it would be tethered.

but right away after the jailbreak it didn't call for blackrain again.And after installation of many apps that call for reboots it did not need blackrain ran to reboot, why isnt this 3gs tethered?

Um... They're NOT fixing it. That's the wholereason that they put it there in the first place - to encourage people NOT to jailbreak.
