is blackra1n for people who havent jailbroke yet and r running on 3.1x just curious have been out of the loop for a bit unable to get internet at work someone w answers thanks for helping

blackra1n JB any and all platforms from touch to iPhone as far as I understand. It does require you to upgrade to 3.1.2 so it is a purely JB tool because once you upgrade you will no longer be able to unlock currently.
