I know that this is not a ipod touch forum but after alot searching and no luck, im hoping by posting my question here someone can help me out. So is it possible to jailbreak a ipod touch 3.1.2 3th gen with Blackra1n?

The answer seems to be "maybe". Some of them are apparently immune to the 24kpwn exploit that had been used previously and can't be jailbroken at present. Some can, but it's a tethered JB....every time you reboot the device you have to rerun blackra1n. That's my understanding of it anyway.
