JB then restored, Push doesn't work

I used blackra1n to jailbreak my iPhone 3G last night. After messing with some stuff for a while, mostly themes, I decided to go back to stock. I restored my iPhone in iTunes from a back up right after 3.1.2 came out. Everything looks fine on the surface. But I'm not getting push notifications now. I tried testing with Beejive and it send outs messages fine but doesn't push messages it seems. As soon as I open it I get the message.

I've found Beejive to be inconsistent with the sending of push notifications. Try another app first.

Tried AIM, Yahoo, IM+, and Beejive. None push. Restore as new?
