Lost Phone service after JB to 3.1

Used the expert mode with pwnage tool and now lost phone service with ATT after recovery. Any ideas as to what to do regain phone service????.
Do I need to downgrade back to 3.0.1 ?

Make sure to UNCHECK the "Activate" box in Expert Mode in pwnage tool 3.1.3 if you are using an AT&T SIM. Then rebuild your ipsw. This seems counter-intuitive compared to the previous version, but it did work for me.
