This is what 9 says when I look at it.

You're seeing a cached version, make sure you completely refresh the page, try a CTRL+F5 or a Command + F5 ( not sure the Mac equivalent ).

Is there a way for a mac user to create a JB for a windows user? Like make a file on a mac that I can load on my iPhone 3g with my PC?

So there is nothing for Windows? Is it possible to create the needed firmware on a Mac and then transfer that file to Windows?

I'm looking to JB now but how did Windows users do it before?
