Cydia acting weird

So I found a thread on two different forums about some people having the same issue.

Cydia does not completely load up. There is always some kind loading progress with a spinning wheel in the upper left hand corner and if I hit cancel it tells me about some files it can't find or download.

Can anyone confirm such problems?

Have you tried doing this?

Delete everything, except saurik.list
