Apps showing wrong icons on homescreen?

Ok; well; I have downloaded many apps on my jailbroke phone; on installeous and the regular app store. Today after restarting my phone the homescreen is Showing the wrong picture per app; for example; photoforge shows the paypal icon, tho they All work, I find this annoying. I've reinstalled some of the apps and am still running into the same problem.......suggestions?
