Video Recorder keeps crashing on me, so I can't really test it.

I just saw Cycorder, and I went for it. It's easy to use, the video is about as good as it gets with a 2 MegaPixel Camera. It will Record even if you leave the app, meaning it runs in the background, sort of like a James Bond gadget. And the videos are fairly easy to get to...I also believe that there's a PPVideoEnabler app that allows you to see the videos in the DCIM folder on Windows.

Yep, still crashing. I figured it conflicted with Cycorder for some reason.

Another mark against it, though, full version is 20 bucks! What? I can already convert videos to mpeg4 on my Mac with a freeware I have, plus i'm pretty sure iMovie will too.

    Cycorder FTW.

Just start recording with Cycorder, then punch the Home button. You'll see on the Cycorder icon a little 'REC' button showing that it's recording.
