Navigon Navigator for North America

I'm new to the jailbreak (3 days new)... and I saw there is an app I would love to have, the Navigon MobileNavigator North America. I checked in my installous, and it's not there. Does it need to be cracked by someone before it is available for download?

My iPhone is not jailbroken, but, I found the app in the desktop iTunes store and not on the iPhone iTunes store. I downloaded it and installed and it. I haven't used it enough to review yet.
