They are thiefs. I BOUGHT and PAID for the UK based companys s/w that GUARANTEES success at unlock/jailbk and promises 4 hour response. 30$ WASTED. I tried 7 emails to get help and finally a refund. I'm screwed. Don't you B. Tried legal means to be the righful OWNER of the phone I paid for but now must go other routes.
