hey guys just wondering,
my brother and i both have iphones, i want to jailbreak mine and he doesn't want to, if i jailbreak my iphone and he doesnt what happens when he syncs his iphone to itunes on the same computer i jailbroke my iphone on?

AFAIK iTunes doesn't really "know" your phone is jailbroken in any way. It doesn't interact with the apps. I don't have a lot of experience with syncing multiple phones to one computer, but I don't think it will be any more difficult than syncing 2 unjailbroken phones.

My 3GS is not jailbroken (obviously), and my 3G is, and they have their separate settings and seem fine when connected to iTunes.
