Jailbreaking - Quickpwn won't run on my iPhone

I have gone through the various steps that I have read up on. Install Quickpwn, hold down all the buttons etc. Everytime I get to the last step where it says "Quickpwn is about to run on your iPhone" with a progress bar - nothing happens. The progress bar just stays on 0. I even left it for an hour the last time to see and still nothing happened. My software version is 2.2.1 and my base thang is 02.30.03. Help! I really need Cydia back!

Did you upgrade to iTunes 8.2? If so, downgrade to a lower version... oldversion.com

I just checked and I am on iTunes version 8.1.

Did you disable the iTunes Helper in the task manager?

Task Manager = CTRL + ALT + DELETE
