Problems after jailbreaking iPhone 3g!Should I re-jail break?

Ok I've run into a couple snags after jailbreaking my iPhone. It's gotten stuck on the call screen, where it wouldnt end a call. And a little while ago I turned the phone off and turned it back on, it came up to the screen where when you first turn on the phone it says to connect to itunes and has the emergency call. So I restarted my phone again, and it came up and said phone is now activated. Should I restore the phone and try and jail break again?
