I have a 1st generation iPhone that has been jaibroken. it worked fine until I decided to upgrade the firmware. Something failed while trying to upgrade from 2.0x to 2.1. Now iTunes tells me that I must recover,but recovery mode fails indicating "unknown error (13)". Following Apple's instructions I have rebooted my Windows PC. USB seems to be working as the computer chimes in the usual manner when I plug or unplug the iPhone (or any USB device). Is there a secret master reset that I need to know?
