JB iphone and Video Wallpapaers

Hello - would like to find 30 second videos on the web and then place in my JB iphone. I think they have to be around 30 seconds or less, a certain pixel size 320x480?? and a certain format (something with a "4" at the end?). I am guessing that certain software will allow me to find a video of any length, pixel size and format and then convert it to "iphone" ready format.

If anyone has experience doing this, please post something helpful. You may need to reference Vediting tools as well?

Would prefer to use Open SSH and place the video files in the correct spot on the iphone if possible.
