Best iTunes alternative if MUSIC synching doesn't matter...

What are your experiences? Anytrans looks promising....

I'd like one that doesn't require iTunes preinstalled to work.

I'm not sure if iMazing require iTunes to be installed in order to fully operate, you can give it a try and see if it works. I always have iTunes installed on my computer even if I do not use it for sync my iDevices to it. But iMazing is a good alternative to iTunes in my experience.
