Email accounts not pushing

Email is my worst. It doesn't matter which account ( gmail, yahoo, AOL ) it comes in some times and sometimes not. Gmail never fetches . I understand its not suppose to push. AOL and Yahoo will push some time but not always. I use my phone as a business device and if I am expecting a email reply or whatever that may need immediate response and if it doesn't come through then I'm screwed. I also experience sporadic text messages. They may come through or not. Anybody else having this trouble?

i use yahoo mail and its a hit or miss with push... the only thing that pushes flawlessly is my .me account

I have a few exchange accounts that push just fine as well. The majority of my email accounts are Gmail so unfortunately I rely on fetch more than anything else.

My exchange accounts push fine, but for Gmail I use the Gmail app as it is reliable and supports the Gmail tabs.
