    I am getting this message when I am trying to download an app from the app store. Can someone help please

    Did you go to the App Store > Featured> scroll down to your email ID? What, exactly, does the message say?

    Is your ID correct in Settings > iCloud? Maybe this will help.

    In featured when I scroll down I see my email id. The message I get when I try to download an app is "Your Apple ID has been disabled."

    I've had this happen before. You're going to have to call Apple Suuport and go through a verification process to get access again.
