    iOS has its own battery usage monitor found in Settings but if you really want a 3rd party app which are all not that accurate

    I don't know of an app that shows a graph. Most show %.
    Battery Life Magic is as good as any. The monitor in Settings shows what % of battery usage the apps use. But that mostly just tells you which apps you used most. Just because an app uses 40% doesn't mean it's a battery hog. Just that you used that app a lot during the 24 hour period.
