New iOS 9.3 OTA

I just noticed this OTA update on my 5s.

Ahh it might be the newer version Apple released to fix the activation error on older devices.

I thought about that. But I heard the update for older devices was only going to be available via iTunes.

That's what I would have thought, too. That's how they handled the 9.2.1 2nd release. Even then it's a full update at over 1gb, not just a "patch". Did you do it? Any chance you know the build number before and after?

My update last week was only 312 mb. Usually what they show there is the actual storage size it takes after the update. That 1.4 gb looks like the storage it needs to update, but not the end result. Here's mine from last week.

I'm not sure I'm going to update. I read that the build number is 13E237.
