No service since upgrade to 9.3

Since the upgrade to 9.3 on 3-23-16 my ipad model MC775LL/A shows "No Service". Is this also one of the problems I've heard about with the upgrade?

It's quite possible, although I don't know for absolute certain. A lot of people also received an OTA update from their carrier right after the 9.3 install. Did you also get that? If so then that is another avenue you can look at as a possible cause.

I had problems while in beta but none since installing the 9.3. I restart my device and it usually works well after that. Or you can put your device in airplane mode for one minute, so that the antenna can restart. When it says no service, are you moving (in the car, walking)?

I contacted Apple about the problems 9.3 has and I was told there would be a update soon. How long soon means is anyone's guess.

That was a few days ago.
