I've been running the official 9.3 on my 5s since last week. Just noticed a new OTA update. Should I update or is it the same?

My settings menu in 9.3 is different. All installed 3rd party apps no longer list right at the bottom of the settings page... Is this as it should be?

I have found a number of apps that crash after this upgrade (particularly Udemy). Apple becomes more fascist by the day and the quality that I used to expect from them is practically non-existent. I am seriously looking at a Samsung phone when my contract is up.

Interesting. None of my apps that I've gone to have crashed. I haven't gone to all 420 yet, but I will test shortly.

Thankfully, choices are available to us so if you're displeased with one, you can always choose to support another. Good luck.
