I've been running the official 9.3 on my 5s since last week. Just noticed a new OTA update. Should I update or is it the same?

I didn't have an issue updating to iOS 9.3 last week. I don't know if I need to update again.
If everything is working smooth, i don't if I would either.
it finally updated. I thought night sift worked with low power mode. why is it disabled.

It's not a beta.
It's a newer build of iOS 9.3, mainly for fixing activation issues. It's up to you if you want to install it.
Wonder why everyone with an older phone didn't get it? I don't see that update on my old iPhone 5.
How do you install the update without downloading it?
It gives you the option to download and then install at a different time.
It always gives you that option.
I have found a number of apps that crash after this upgrade (particularly Udemy). Apple becomes more fascist by the day and the quality that I used to expect from them is practically non-existent. I am seriously looking at a Samsung phone when my contract is up.
