Anyone else experiencing this bug? I've had it since iOS8 and it carried over to iOS9. Apps in the App Store will download, then hang while installing. I have to reboot my phone and try again for them to install correctly. It happens to all apps, not any one in particular. Here's a screen shot of an app that is stuck while installing. "Over" is stuck and I'll need to reboot for it to install correctly. Meanwhile, "Overdrive" and "MileIQ" show as having been updated, but they're currently stuck in update mode too. After reboot, I'll need to manually install them one by one.
