9.2 is no longer being signed

Apple has just stopped signing iOS 9.2, meaning you will be unable to downgrade on these devices any longer.

iOS 9.2 (13C75) is no longer being signed for iPad 2 (CDMA), iPad 2 (GSM), iPad 2 (WiFi), iPad 3 (CDMA), iPad 3 (GSM), and iPhone 4

If you have another device not listed and want to downgrade do it immediately.
