When will we see a public beta?

Probably not for awhile I've heard that whenever iOS has new features it could be a couple of weeks while developers play with it before it goes to public beta.

I like the night mode (or 'blue light reduction' from sunset to sunrise). I would assume it would also preserve battery, right?

Secure notes is also cool, although I don't like how you have to set a password as well, you can't have them only accessible via Touch ID.

I did notice this yesterday but didn't think anything about it being an issue. I thought it was just my conference call using the Skype App. But it did happen to me too.

Battery life impact after update settles in could take a min to see , you have to account for playing with the phone and your own day to day usage especially if you're a power user I'd imagine it shouldn't be that much of difference hopefully, but I am gonna be watching to see based on my usage. Build is 9.3 b1.1 so we have a different version apparently the first beta build some developers were having issues with. From what I read it had to do with the initial download of the beta.
