Looks like it thinks there's an update but you already updated all the apps?

    I'd try:

    - Force quit the app store. Double tap the home screen and swipe up on the App Store to stop it.
    - Reboot your device by holding the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo appear.

I've had this once or twice (mostly during betas) but nothing in a while. Did you by chance delete an app it was trying to update?

I didn't delete it. It's still on my phone. So strange. I tried rebooting but my phone still has a notification that there's an app to be updated and the App Store still shows that when I try to see what app it is. I might try uninstalling and reinstalling.

I'm having issues with the App Store in general. Apps hanging and not downloading etc

Is there any way to sign out of the App Store and sign back in?

Reinstalling the app would be a good option as well.
To sign out, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the "Featured" tab (first one). Tap your Apple ID and then choose Sign Out from the menu.

This happens from time to time on my phone, and nothing I do does anything to effect it. It should resolve itself in a a day or two.

Turn off notifications for the App Store.

Found another option/solution for this (or at least something to try). Was covered here on iMore recently and seems to work to refresh:

Tap one of the buttons at the bottom of the App Store 10 times to clear the cache and refresh. I did it with the "Featured" button.
