IOS 9.2 and Apple Earbud Switch Problem

Since updating to 9.2, when I am listening to anything through the earbuds, and a phone call comes in, after the call disconnects, the earbud toggle switch no longer functions at all. I have to reboot my phone to get it to work again. Anyone else having this problem, or heard about it? Also, doubt this matters, but I am using the upgraded Apple earbuds.

Have you tried 9.2.1 which JUST came out?
