Ios 9.2 notification problem
After upgrading to iOS 9.2, notifications for a lot of applications are not working. Only ones that are still working are messages, google voice and text me. Whatsapp, we chat, outlook, Facebook and others are not working properly. For whatsapp, it only works unless when it is inside the app or the last app that is opened.
