Did my 6s about 2:30 today at work and I started thinking what if I have a problem and brick my phone till I get home. Luckily no issues, actually didn't notice any differences yet. Maybe a little smoother in safari but it's probably the placebo effect. Lol.

I just finished restoring my device and setting it up as new, and it's working like a champ, but heck, it did prior to the restore...

Normally to fix that you have to remove the beta profile and press home button and power button to reboot and the update will show.
    Doesn't work

When you open settings it was always partly scrolled down. I was on Reddit when someone made a post about it and lo behold it was on my phone too.

Oh okay. I assume it didn't affect everyone because I never experienced that when I open Settings.

Installed OTA. Working fine. The Apple News app seems to load a little faster. Not bad so far overall.

dont have a beta profile ... LOL
I was on the beta and didn't have the profile either. Weird. Tried adding it in again and then deleting it to see if it could grab an update but nothing. Not going to worry about it, for now

It was there in earlier versions of iOS 9 but got fixed with one of the updates.... 9.0.2 I think?

The app switcher with reduce motion enabled is atrocious on 9.2. Who thinks up this crap?

You can't scroll quickly as with previous iterations. Each tile moves one by one now regardless of fast you swipe across the screen.

Do I have to do a restore on my phone first and then continue with the upgrade in iTunes later for a fresh install? Or upgrade it first and then restore?

Upgraded. Haven't noticed a single difference in performance. Wasn't having any issues prior to the upgrade aside from some occasional unresponsiveness on the keyboard. Could have been the user at times though.

Better that than the lagfest that was the App Switcher in iOS 9.0 and 9.1.

Doesn't work this time around. I believe the last beta is exactly what they officially released yesterday. I also received a carrier update from TMobile right after I tried to update off the beta. So TMobile must have recognized the beta as the official release.

Has anyone happened to try with a device on an old version (like 7.1.1)? A user was scheduled to come in so I could get his phone updated, and today happened to be the day. The update screen actually gave a download size of 1.2k and stuck on Preparing Update. I'm trying through iTunes now.

It's always best to do iTunes updates as versus OTA unless you have no other option.

The build number for the last 9.2 beta (which I installed on my iPhone) and the final release (which I installed on my iPad Air 2, but not any of the betas) are the same: 13C75
