It's the same build number as the last beta. So you're pretty much on it.

Exactly my thought, build 13c75 is the same as beta 4 build, but dated today... how odd.

Well, I'm on beta 4 and I haven't received any update. "your software is up to date". WIERD

Normally to fix that you have to remove the beta profile and press home button and power button to reboot and the update will show.
