I had no problems with 9.1, now using 9.2 public beta 3 which seems solid as well. :) PB1 on the other hand, drained my battery very fast.

It seems like many of the early problems associated with iOS 9.0 have been addressed and 9.1 is running really smoothly. @robertk328 was able to type that entire message on one battery charge.

There are a lot of people still having issues with 9.1. I didn't have any; but I make sure that I do my updates via iTunes and not OTA to avoid any hiccups.

9.1 is running great on my 5s. I haven't noticed any lag.
As it does for most users ...
Apple from time to will release a "Special" crappy version of iOS to users that typically like to focus on non-issues, and just like to complain in general, while the rest of us receive the "Standard" version of iOS that mostly has no issues and life goes on ...

Runs quite well on all my devices. Even on my wife's iPhone 5. Have not seen any issues so far and have been running it since its release.

No problems with 9.1 on an iPad 4, iPad Air 2, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6s. I can't think of any reason not to upgrade.
