iPad Mini 4 and streaming video in a car

Does anyone else get skips or pauses when streaming video on there iPad while as a passenger only in a car ?

Is this normal ?

I am using a app called Air Video HD to stream a 19.1 GB movie from my computer to my iPad.

i would assume it is a connection issue between the computer and ipad .
19.1 GB movie ? thats 10 times longer than a regular movie lol
what connection are you using between the computer and ipad ?

It is a blu ray rip of the movie.

Broadband internet 50/5 Mbps

For the tablet I am using 3g/4g wireless internet from AT&T.

only thing i can think is its having a hard time keeping a constant connection while driving because it connects from tower to tower as you move.

I will ask AT&T too to see if they know.

simple way would be to copy the movie direct to the ipad.. maybe break the movie into chunks if you dont have the 9GB of space
