BTW, my battery life on 9.1 is great. If it were draining down to zero in an under an hour like robertk328's I'd have downloaded it by now.

Ok here. You don't have orientation lock on do you? Does it not turn either way you orient it? So clockwise or counterclockwise?

It was one of those things that just kind of fixed itself somehow. Earlier today it just started working normally.

It was never an issue on my device.

Can I ask who is your email provider? I'm using gmail but ever had this problem on iOS 8.

have the same email glitch on phone and imac latest download has not fixed, applecare of course seems clueless, reload os, reboot etc, no fix shows up later every time. back to third party email I guess

Not sure if this was a feature for ios previously, as I've only had a iphone since March of this year then to 6s plus in September. But I noticed now that when I turn on any bluetooth speaker in my list, my phone screen will turn on and show the last song I played. Noticed it while starting a workout yesterday. It never happened before, very convenient all I have to do is press play now instead of going into the app etc.

Battery drain is very bad for my iPad Air

No battery drain at all on my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 6s Plus. It's very good for me.

I just signed up for the beta program. If there are major issues, you just simply plug into iTunes to go back to the "stable" 9.1 official?

I doubt you'll have any problems. The new beta is rock solid and I use it as my daily driver.

Awesome! I've read a couple posts about it resolving a lag issue so that made me take the plunge!
