No issues with uninstalling apps or moving apps around, using 9.2 beta 3 on iPhone 6

Just checking to see if anyone else can confirm that beta 3 has a build number of 13C71? I have downloaded and installed beta 3 onto my iPhone 6 successfully but when I check under software update it gives me the option to download 9.2 beta 3 again? My question is, is built 13C71 correct for beta 3, and if so is anyone else having the weird glitch with the software update showing it as available for download still?

No need to check, I called Apple and it was a problem with the OTA server side for 9.2 beta 3, they thanked me for reporting it and fixed the problem, all is well now, lol

That's what mine said, have the 6s here. It's bizarre that I can't uninstall apps or move them around on my home screen. Long pressing them doesn't bring up the little x on the apps I installed .. Never mind, it works ...

For me News app is broken. Gets stuck after opening and need to force close it every time. There are couple new emojis.

The 3D Touch task switching is working better and better, even better in Beta 3 than Beta 2. It is a night and day difference from 9.0 and even 9.1. It actually now reacts nearly as quickly as I'd expect it and I can switch more efficiently than double-click-swipe-tap.

I'm having that problem as well for apps that aren't already in a folder. Apps inside folders work like normal. If you press on one inside a folder to move/uninstall then you can go out of the folder view to move/uninstall the apps that aren't in folders.
