The stock Weather app in iOS 9 provides incorrect hourly forecasts for the cities in Illinois. By incorrect, I mean, the time shown in the hourly forecast does not match the actual time. So, it reflects sunrise at 12 noon, etc.. How do I fix this? I see this issue on both of my phones.

Apple's weather app gets it's info fro The Weather Channel. See if their own app gives the same problem. If it does, contact them.

Then you can report it via the feedback system at apple.com.

Me, I use the Wunderground website.

I have the stock weather app disabled. I use BeWeather 2 and a few other 3rd party weather apps.

I have the same issue as well. I just use WeatherBug. The Weather Channel app always had me at the wrong house so I stopped using it.

Stock app sucks big time. Very inaccurate readings. Use The Weather Network.

I expect to see iOS 9.1.1 soon to fix this. Y'all be patient. There's plenty of 3rd party weather apps.

Thanks for the heads up on The Weather Network. Very nice app, complete with Watch complication. It's now my only weather app.

Halfway across the globe in Asia, the sunrise-sunset hours are correct.
Is the data also wrong in the textual data down below ? The one after daily forecast that list the wind speed, air pressure, etc.

The weather data not so much. But I dont really trust the weather data gathering over here that much, and meteorology is sensitive to that Junk In Junk Out problem.
