Scheduling a text message IOS 9

Does anyone know of a good app that schedules future text messages? All the ones I see have at most a 2 star rating.

Something so simple but no app. Found apps that remind you to send a text, dumb, might as well use the stock reminder application. My Samsung S6 has that built into the stock message application. I wonder why Apple doesn't. It's a great feature. Ill keep looking. Might have to jailbreak this phone to get it.
