Put the phone in DFU mode then restore it via iTunes.

9.1? Is it a beta? Apple only recognizes now 9.0.2

    It's a beta.

Restore through iTunes in DFU mode and you'll be on 9.0.2

You will not be able to use your 9.1 backup to restore the device to 9.0.2.

True, but I just did this downgrade too, and I believe I was able to tap Upgrade to start the process - which preserved my data.

One warning: my podcasts wouldn't download anything after the restore to 9.0.2. I ended up backing up and restoring again on 9.0.2 and then it worked.
