Keyboard Gestures

I seem to recall the demo at WWDC keynote showed the ability to move the cursor via gestures on the keyboard but I have not yet been able to do that or find any settings concerning it (I do see the new undo/copy/paste icons). Is there something I'm missing, or did it get "cut" from iOS 9?

It was in the first beta of iOS 9 for iPhone, but was later removed. It is an "iPad only" feature at this point.

If you put your two fingers on the keyboard the trackpad appears. It's a really cool feature.
