ok I found out why no watch

Yes, you must have an Watch paired to the iPhone in order to see the Batteries widget.

Can you elaborate on your question about adding the camera? Add it to what?

You can't add camera icon to Notification Center. You do know you have it available in your control center though right?

Camera+ is an app that you have to purchase in the App Store. It is NOT the stock camera app built into iOS.
