Auto-Lock in iOS 9

I used to always have my Auto-Lock set to 5 minutes since I use my phone quite frequently. However, on iOS 9 I've found that 5 minutes makes it lock at 3! It seems to be a glitch, at least with my phone. When I do a shorter time it locks automatically appropriately and only seems to affect the 5 minute option. I've done a reboot but no dice. Anyone else have this issue?
