Where is the News app on iOS 9?

I have just updated to iOS 9 and I've noticed the news app isn't installed. I am living in the United Kingdom.

I don't think it's available in the UK.

For me, it's in the junk folder.

I can't get the app to work on my 6 plus. Anyone having issue getting the app to work. I've tried rebooting and powered off. Nothing!

Yeah, no news app for me in the UK either. I've heard it's in the 9.1 beta though.

In the UK - although the news app is missing (you can get it if you change language to us) if you swip to left there are news stories but... how do you change the sources? It's endless sky news - rightwing nonsense I don't want on my ipad.
