iOS9 Public Beta 3 now available

IIRC, GM has always come the day of the iPhone announcement event. So expect it on 9/9, a few hours after the event wraps.

I upgraded last night. I like it so far. Battery life is not as good as 8.4.1 though.

It's still there and functional on my iPhone 6 Plus (public beta 3) and an iPhone 5 (developer beta 5).

I rebooted my phone. That did nothing. What do you mean they came back after night?

Nearby places are back in my search section this morning. Wish I knew why they disappear and return.

Unless you altered the Spotlight search settings, nearby places may reappear on its own. Just give it time.

I believe you need to restore your phone with backup of 8.4. If you didn't save a copy of it before installing the beta, you may have download a copy of 8.4.1 from the web. Could be wrong. I'm sure others may have a solution.

You have to restore with iTunes on computer.

Whatever you like. Keep in mind you can't restore a backup from iOS 9 to iOS 8

I put it in recovery mode and it is working now

I was going to suggest this and do a clean install back to 8.4.1.

First of all, make sure that you’re running the latest version if iTunes. Then, just put your device in DFU mode and connect it to your computer/iTunes. It will download the latest iOS and install it for you. Good luck.

Nope. Mine is definitely a lower number build ... And still keeps telling me via pop up that there's a new beta available. However still none in the Settings General Software Update

Are you connected to WiFi? It will tell you updates available on LTE but will not download until connected to WiFi connection.
